Jesse P. Faneuil joined Property Group Partners in 2010 as vice president of acquisitions, responsible for sourcing and underwriting acquisitions in major metropolitan market areas, financing transactions and due diligence. He also actively participates in the asset management of a number of the company's operating properties and development projects. Mr. Faneuil previously served as vice president of acquisitions at Loeb Partners Realty LLC in New York where he participated in the acquisition of more than $250 million of institutional quality real estate and the asset management of a portfolio totaling roughly 15 million square feet across the United States. He previously worked in Boston with Wells Fargo's Real Estate Group underwriting construction loans and first mortgages secured by commercial properties and with CB Richard Ellis-Whittier Partners' appraisal group. Mr. Faneuil is a graduate of Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut.
