Patrick M. LeGassic manages the properties in Property Group Partners's New York City portfolio overseeing the daily operations and maintenance including staffing, code compliance, tenant and vendor relations and capital and operational budget development. Before joining Louis Dreyfus in 2008, Mr. LeGassic was an assistant vice president of facilities and property management for Merrill Lynch and was responsible for approximately 1 million square feet of office, retail and data center properties. He is currently a member of the steering committee for the Chinatown Business Improvement District (BID), a member of BOMI and has obtained several BOMA accreditations.
